Processing Times 

All items are 3D-printed to order. 

We dispatch orders within 2–3 business days.

During busy periods, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch. 


Shipping Methods

We ship from Birmingham, UK via Royal Mail or Evri. 

UK (Mainland, NI, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands)
• Standard (2–4 days) 
• Express (Next Day)

Europe (Tracked Delivery 5–10 days) 

USA & Canada (Tracked Delivery 7–12 days) 

Rest of World (Tracked Delivery 10–20 days) 


International Shipping

We offer international delivery to most countries. 
Delivery times vary depending on the location, typically ranging from 5 to 15 business days.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. 

Mainland UK shipping is fixed; non-mainland destinations such as Northern Ireland, Guernsey, or Jersey may incur a small additional charge. 

USA shipping is fixed @ £20, which includes customs and duties costs.


Order Tracking

Orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships. 


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days (UK) or 25 business days (international), please contact us at layerlabs@outlook.com and we’ll assist.
